FeedA little advice on instant messaging …

Suppose I wanted to have an instant messaging program running while I was on the air tomorrow. Whcih one allows for use by the most people? I find that I cannot send back and forth between AOL and Yahoo. Should I try MSN?
Any advice from readers would be appreciated.

Try Trillian. It combines all of them, minus all of the spying software.

I will also second Trillian. It will, however, require you register accounts with all the different IM services.

I 4th that LOL, and its not hard to register the different brands or different SN’s you have into Trillian. Then on the main Trillian screen, you have your whole list of SN’s of buddys from AOL, Yahoo and MSN if you have all 3. You can talk to someone on AOL and someone on yahoo by running just the 1 program of Trillian. Course it doesn’t have all the tools and gadgets that each program offers.
