Look out, Chase …
… and don’t let this happen to you:
Kay Sieverding had filed numerous self-written lawsuits — all stemming from a dispute she had with neighbors and city officials in Steamboat Springs [Colo.] more than a decade ago — and didn’t stop even after a federal judge warned her he’d put her in jail if she kept litigating.
During a hearing today in federal court, she asked U.S. District Judge Edward Nottingham if he would let her out of jail if she dropped the lawsuits. He said he would.
“All right,” said Sieverding,
I think that Chase could wallpaper the walls of the Grandview Hotel with all the motions he’s filed while acting as his own attorney.

Someone actually putting a stop to Chase’s antics would be a dream come true.
Do the people he is “helping” see that they have put themselves in a position to depend on Chase? That’s how it is for those he draws to his web. If you do happen to see a way out from under his thumb, he makes you pay.
How noble of him to “employ” the people again living at the Grandview. If they are paying $500 monthly to live there, how are they ever going to afford to get out? If they are working for their rent, where else can they go? It’s Chase’s version of the old public aid trap.
Rob: Keep posting. The Grandview staff has high speed wireless internet and they enjoy your posts. I did tell them the location of the place that I offered you when you got out of White Oaks and after I describing it more fully, they can see why you would think that I did nothing but persecute you compared to how much I have provided them in regards to amenities, square footage and location.
What I find interesting is that what 905 Madison and the Grandview have most in common, is the hostility of neighbors who do not want anyone with a drug history living anywhere near them. And, how they think that desire of theirs justifies saying anything about the property, the owner or the people on it, even if the people and owner have nothing to do with any drugs.
Your persecution, as you put it, has nothing to do with Madison for me, and you know that. I’m sure they are getting the story as you likr to tell it, as always. Something like,” All I did was give and give, and he screwed me.” How is it that EVERY person you have helped has ended up in a precarious position in the end? Is it always someone else’s fault?
Don’t you find it odd that your backers are always temporary and always changing? Whoever you happen to be feeding your load to at the time is right there for you, until such time you leave them hang out to dry. And you are doing it now. These people are unwitting pawns in your ceaseless ego batlle with authority, but don’t see it yet because they are still desperate and still need you. We shall see what happens in the end.
First of all Rob, From what I have heard it sounds like you would have fit in here perfect when Kris Jain owned the place.
Second of all we girls have always believed that this place had the potential to shine if it had the right person owning it and I believe Chase is the right man for the job to turn it into what we know will be a better place. We are willing to bet you bit the hand that fed you so stop being bitter and move on.
POOR POOR KAY! Just wait til you get blindsided.
Rob: just keep taking your medication. They say it takes 7 years for the brain to clear from the last crack binge. Don’t think that there are people who haven’t said worse things about me than you, who…..oh gee, might now be my “backers” who you know nothing of.
I’ll let you know if I anyone can suggest a medication for “resentments”. But keep in mind, you’ll have a lot more fun with comments, when you get to the point where you feel that you are actually “winning” at life.
Perhpas there is a tie in to your addoration of the Cubs….and Marxist. Whether politics, sports or marriage, you have a loyal commitment to losing. But that is no reason to resent those who may have a loyal commitment to losing: in court; the media; or, in Rob’s world of public opinion.
Oh well, the Bears are certainly due.
I’m gonna need you to take back the Cubs comment, Chase. Just go ahead and do it, and we’ll pretend it never happened.
