Board members "belly up to the bar" so to speak and make donations to Ray's Re-election campaign AND pony up money to Cassidy & Associates, Ray's number one source of funds, so they can get their grant. Coincidence? Hey, what do I know, I live in Illinois. The land of coincidences. I'm just glad no one is looking at the roster of who is on the Intelligence and Appropriations committees like they are in San Diego. Of course it is so hard to tell who the hookers are they days.
