You broke the rules, you get a ticket. Why is that hard to understand? Same goes for those people in East Peoria that complain about getting a ticket for sitting in the middle of the intersection when traffic is backed up. Don't enter the intersection until you can get through it. Same goes for speeders on I-74. "It's not fair that he's not in uniform" or "What about the other three cars that were speeding too" You break the rules and get caught, you get a ticket. It's not difficult. And how much was the ticket for, Bill? What, $15? Sack up, quite yer bitchin' and pay it. It’s against the rules. You broke the rules, you get a ticket.

I was inside the courthouse and ran out to my car to move it out of the two hour zone.
