Anyway, the name. It’s based on the greek word for scales (i.e., fish scales). It’s also the Genus name for freshwater sunfish.

Mr. Joseph, it would seem, is a bit on an angler.

Thanks for the link, and to be fair, I don’t have any special insider info on this, the 4 unknown houses that are pending were mentioned in the PJStar article… though I did talk to someone who is in the know that said Bradley was going to pay whatever it took… and they did.
