If my parents named me ‘Zebulon,’ I’d drink too

The St. Jude runners had a bit of a scare the other day:

The Fulton County Sheriff’s Department says 23-year-old Zebulon Shaw of Astoria was driving on Highway 24 on Saturday when he tried to pass a patrol car that was escorting the runners.

Police say Shaw swerved to avoid three runners and skidded out of control before being stopped by deputies. Shaw was ticketed for driving under the influence and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released on bond from the Fulton County Jail and is slated to be in court on September Eighth.

My two cents: Zebulon?

Anyway … I just hope poor Sheriff Mike McCoy didn’t have any flashbacks.

McCoy wasn’t there. It was the Quincy to Peoria team, not the Memphis to Peoria team

What the hell. They could have named him Kentavius or Takavius……
