That pesky 1st Amendment

I bet you thought that the 1st Amendment to the Constitutions didn’t allow for any exceptions. You thought wrong. The Congressional Research Service has a report out that says Congress can limit speech right when it believes there’s a compelling reason to do so. And since the most complelling reason a Congressperson does anything is the need to get re-elected, that means “any time it wants to.”
