Motorists should expect a right lane closure on westbound I-74 from Forrest Hill Avenue to Sterling Avenue from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, for landscaping. A work zone speed limit of 45 mph will be in effect during construction.
Motorists should also expect a left lane closure on westbound War Memorial Drive from Meadowbrook Road to Sterling Avenue from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, and Friday, June 29, for landscaping.

You neglect to mention the work at the W474/N6/EW74 interchange that's been going on. This morning, it was backed up all the way to the 116 ramp on 474.
