The ethics of abortion extortion

Here’s is something that Eyebrows McGee might want to bring up for discussion in her ethics class:

Today’s Scum of the Day award goes to the anonymous jerks who run Help My Baby Live, Please, threatening to abort their allegedly existent fetus if no one gives them $50,000.

I don’t know whether to be amazed at their audacity, disgusted at their greed or just angry enough to beat them with a bat. Perhaps options 2 and 3.  And guess what: They’ve raised $13,200.

On second thought … I’d like to announce a new site: Help Me Quit My Job and Start Blogging Full Time.

Hat tip: Damnum Absque Injuria.

This website uses IntenseDebate comments, but they are not currently loaded because either your browser doesn't support JavaScript, or they didn't load fast enough.

Darn, billy, I was going to donate to your “help me quit my job” fund but the page wouldn’t display.
