Congressional Polling Underway

I got a call last night and it was someone taking a political poll. The kids were in bed (or mesmerized by a DVD) and I had the time, so I answered their questions. The questions seemed to focus on the Republican nomination. Whether the decision tree led me down this path or it was geared toward the Republican side I do not know.

There were plenty of Aaron Schock questions, including asking about age as a factor.

Questions included the importance of Dennis Hastert and Ray LaHood endorsements of a candidate. There were also more general questions about issues and how they influenced the way I vote. Generalized question regarding the War in Iraq, the direction fo the country and things like that were included, as well.

    Have you decided who to support? I suppose it maybe be a bit early to ask though, still awaiting some announcements.

    So Mouse, you put your kids to bed with a dvd too? I always feel such guilt at taking the lazy way out with that.

    I wish these people would call me, but they never do. I think I sign far too many online petitions for them to have any doubt as to my diehard liberal tendencies.

    no, they don’t have a TV – I just can’t remember if they were in bed or in the family room.
