Dear McCain Supporter,

As we head into the final days of our fundraising quarter, I wanted to give you an update on the enormous progress we’ve made over the last month. Beginning with the release of our campaign video ‘Courageous Service,’ and leading into the Fox News Debate – where John McCain stole the show – we’re proving that we’re not going anywhere but up. We’re in this fight to win and we need your help.

John McCain is single handedly leading the debate to support our troops and not surrender in the war against radical Islamic extremists. We just wrapped up the incredibly successful No Surrender Tour in which John McCain traveled the country with former POWs, veterans and supporters of all stripes. By all accounts, John McCain has done a phenomenal job on this tour – rallying support for our troops, standing steadfast for the new strategy in Iraq, a strategy he has advocated for four years, and demonstrating to the American public that he is prepared to be Commander-in-Chief from day one.

And we are making large gains in the polls, with four national polls giving John McCain a significant bump. The Media is taking notice. Washington Post columnist, David Broder, recently said Mr. McCain has found his footing, the Manchester Union-Leader had an editorial that said, “A comeback begun,” and the Arizona Republic wrote, “McCain is on the rise.”

John McCain has been working hard and taking tough and consistent stances on the important issues of our time and we need your help to win. Your immediate financial contribution is essential in these final days of the quarter to prove our viability and let us continue spreading John McCain’s message to voters.

We have a clear strategy to win the Republican nomination and the White House. If what we’ve seen this month is any indicator, it’s working. In order to keep the momentum going we have to show the media and our opponents that we can win by reporting a strong fundraising number this quarter. The press uses these fundraising numbers to measure the health and success of a campaign. We are making great strides in the polls and we need your help to make sure our fundraising numbers are as strong as possible.

Now is the time to act to support a great American like John McCain. The election is approaching and we only have a few months left to show the American people what you and I know – that John McCain is the right man for the job, singularly prepared to lead, and the only one that can beat Hillary Clinton in the fall.

Sincerely,
Rick Davis
