Perhaps, if he had spent more time reading about Eisenhower’s military opinions and less time cheerleading at GW for right wing causes, he would understanding we can’t afford more money spent on another Pee Wee Herman military adventure. If that is his intent than the only way he could guarantee that over time is tax increases. So is Morris proposing a graduated defense tax that increases proportionately with the output of the economy? I really wish someone from his campaign would clarify that, because I still think he is confused and means federal budget not GDP.
