Local: BlogPeoria sites are down temporarily

January 20, 2008
By Billy Dennis

The Blog Peoria Project has been down all day. The bandwidth used so far this month has exceeded the account’s limits. I’ve notified my host to upgrade the site to the next account level, which would take care it this issue.

This has happened before, fairly recently, and I’ve fixed the problem by adding a few extra GBs of pass-through toward the end of the month. And my host sent me warnings that this was going to happen, but they got eaten by Yahoo’s spam filter.

My apologies to all involved. I’ve been distracted recently.

This website uses IntenseDebate comments, but they are not currently loaded because either your browser doesn't support JavaScript, or they didn't load fast enough.

Thanks for getting the sites back up, Billy. Please call me at the radio station this week.

I looked at pjstar.com at 5 a.m. Monday, and they’re running Jan. 1 stories again.
