When the code was entered to generate my ballot, they entered the wrong code and I only got the federal ballot and no state/local options. Unfortunately I had already had cast my ballot thinking you voted federal then got the state/local options. I received a paper ballot to fill out and mail in, but never did find out if the corrected ballot counted. I had that same problem last election.
