Local: A question for the city’s Sister City Commission (UPDATED)

Any word on whether any residents of Benxi — our wonderful sister city — are participating in the oppression of Tibet? Just curious. Maybe we can bring it up next time some of their Communist Party commissars visit Peoria and are honored on the floor of the Peoria City Council?
