FeedLocal: Drive-thru service revisited

Consistently, the folks at McDonald’s on North University near Pioneer Parkway have been providing the cooly efficient and quick service I have been seeking.
Kudos. The only problem is that McDonald food is fit only for emergencies (or a 30 minute lunch period).
And since tomorrow is a day off, I’m probably going downtown for pushcart fare. It will be my first visit of the year.

I must agree - every time I go there - it’s fast, they’re polite - and get my order right every time. Best one I’ve ever been to, possibly.

Polite? The McDonald’s at Pioneer and University? Really? It’s been my experience that you’re lucky if they repeat your total when you get to the first window or say “Thank you”. They are really fast, though.
