Of all the columns posted on that site, only ONE could be called “right-wing.” Roger Monroe is decidedly conservative. I’m a soft-core libertarian. There’s one guy Bill Knight, who is liberal, pro-labor, anti-war guy. Dale Goodner is an environmentalist. There are a couple who concentrate on religious issues. Publisher/editor Debbie Adlof is could be described as liberal on many, but not all, issues.

Well that figures.
Alright, alright, I admit, the only think I checked out was Monroe’s “Straight Talk” before making a blanket judgment. But hey, who could blame me? It’s the first thing listed on the site (a logical starting point), and after reading a few things I see low-brow right-wing hackery dealing with a range of issues from Michelle Obama to the Iraq War. Then, the king of them all: a “Fibber of the Year” award going to Harry Reid of all people, beating out Bill O’Reilly, Rush Limbaugh, Bush, Gonzales, Rumsfeld, Cheney, Coulter, and a thousand others who make Reid look like a genuine saint in comparison.
Yeah, you caught me; I jumped the gun on that one. But c’mon, if you visit a site and see article after article of the same slant, wouldn’t you let a few assumption monkeys loose?
Heh, I don’t think anybody is confused about the scope and bias on my site. Maybe they ought to have a mission statement posted somewhere. All I see on the “About” page is a default wordpress message.
