The mayor, or the police chief for that matter, are not responsible for the decrease in murders, nor were they responsible for the increase in murders. Murders are murders. Unless the mayor can teleport himself to pull a gun out of a street dude's hand, it's pretty much a difficult (if not impossible) thing to control. That's why I wish you'd quit throwing around the lower murder figures, as if the policies of the Norse God and the mayor are responsible for this decrease. It's almost like an open invitation for the street dudes to start loading up and firing again. The problem is that the murder rate could triple over just one weekend.
