In a reply to my comment, Peoria Anti-Pundit postulates one reason Debbie Woldmeyer won’t meet with constituents:

According to the qualifcations (posted by Ms Alms) to be a school board member, a chimp can do it. Why would you even be surprised by her refusal? Besides, some people have told me they fear some of the bloggers locally and avoid them at all costs. Please don’t twist this, of course not everyone is scared of us, but maybe, just maybe, Mrs. Wolfmeyer is???
