C.J. Summers delivers a spot-on, 100-percent right-on-all-points commentary on how the city and county of Peoria can save taxpayers $80 million dollars.

Our stupid and corrupt leaders (yes, I wrote “corrupt” and I meant it, it fits) will not even consider it.

With a few exceptions — Gary Sandberg and Merle Widmer — our leaders have their noses too far up the asses of millionaire developers and Chamber of Commerce types to represent the well-being of the people who work and pay taxes.

Feh.
