Police were called to the area about 11:20 p.m. and found the teen with the gunshot wound lying in the yard at 1627 N. Linn St. The teen, who was conscious when police arrived, was transported to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.

The initial caller to 911 reported hearing about 30 to 40 shots from multiple firearms. No suspects have been found.
Since no one died, I doubt Catch-and-Release Kevin Lyons will lower the boom with a a scary firearm possession charge. Perhaps a ticket for littering will be ion order. All those spent shell casings, you know.

You can’t spend 200 million on projects when people can’t pay their property taxes and then turn to the police for cuts in budget to bridge the defecit
There probably going to be a lot more gun fights since there are no jobs and the government does not do anything on jobs, just talk about raising taxes
