Peoria man shot to death at Pierson Hills

Another day, another murder:

Brandon Grant was shot in the abdomen and was found lying in the back seat of a vehicle at 1819 North Lehman Road just before 7 o’clock Saturday morning.

Grant lived nearby at 1810 North Stever.

The North Lehman Road location is inside the Pierson Hills apartment complex. The neighborhood is a short walking distance to my parents house, provided the person doing the walking doesn’t mind climbing a fence and waling down a steep hill filled with thorns and bristles.

The WEEK comments section is filled with assumptions that this murder is drug related.
