Subject: CITY CREW UPDATEDuring rising temperatures, much of the snow pack on residential streets will loosen and “fluff up” giving the appearance that the streets have not been plowed. Crews continue to plow residential streets in order to remove the remaining snow before temperatures drop overnight. Plowing is necessary to prevent tire rutting in the center of the street with dropping temperatures.
