I don't believe Diane is annoying at all. She is pure business when she needs to be and I think that is why John got the support that he needed. He acknowledged how hard she has worked. Besides, haven't you ever heard, the squeaky wheel gets the greese!
Hey you know what is even more annoying than that?… a site that is up and running only about 20% of the time…. ;P
