Quack loses his medical license, still spewing nonsense about autism

Here is some good news. That quack who helped scare parents out of vaccinating their kids  lost his medical license:

The doctor who suggested a possible link between childhood vaccines and autism stands by his theory and said on Monday that he will continue his research despite having his medical license revoked Monday.

In a TODAY exclusive, Dr. Andrew Wakefield, the most famous face behind the movement of those who believe autism is linked to the vaccine for measles, mumps and rubella (MMR), remains convinced that he is on the right side of the facts, and says he will not be silenced — even after England’s General Medical Council yanked his license to practice medicine.

By “not be silences” he means that he is going to keep spewing this nonsense despite the overwhelming evidence he faked results of his studies, took money for testifying about them and lied repeatedly.

Scientific studies refuted all his claims and showed no link between vaccines and the conditions he claimed were caused by them.

Yet parents all over the world have latched onto this like it was a cult or something.
