Woodford County agency can’t pass an audit, but gets stimulus cash anyway
USA Today has a report about how 61 housing agencies that have been repeatedly faulted by auditors for mishandling government aid are getting some $300 million in stimulus cash from the Feds. Among these failed housing agencies is the one serving Woodford County, which is getting another $98,449.
