Well, they are talking, but they aren’t saying much about BU meeting

Anybody out there still think Bradley isn’t planning on expanding past Maplewood?

Armond Ciota is sending out an email saying Bradley University has land surveyors working in the Arbor District neighborhood.
Is there anyone outside of City Manager Randy Oliver and City Attorney Randy Ray’s office who isn’t absolutely convinced that the college is actively planning a development west of Maplewood, well over the boundary established by Peoria’s [...]
