Merle is calling it quits

Tomorrow’s Word on the Street, implies the decision was made Friday, but in reality, County Board member Merle Widmer announced last year that he wasn’t going to run for re-election in 2010. In a post today, he says he’s going to support Republican Mary Ardapple.
